The villa has a comfortable 13 rooms including 8 suites and 5 rooms with bed configurations that can accommodate up to 30 people. A large living room with beautiful furniture and designed sofas that provides total comfort while resting and working on your laptop as well as an excellent sound and video system to watch TV with family and friends. A beautiful kitchen with everything needed to make you feel like a chef preparing delicious meals. If you are a sportsman, this property has a court that brings together a mix of sports such as Tennis, Handball and Football so you can have fun with your friends playing and exercising. If you don’t want to go to the beach, the villa has a large pool and sunbathing space so you have everything a beach has to offer without leaving your home and by the pool area, there’s a party space that counts with a beautiful barbecue. A great place to spend the holidays and get to know more of the natural landscapes that Buzios offers. CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY 7 employees, 2 maids, 2 employees for external services, 3 cooks. 8 hours: 1600 BRL per day 12 hours: 2300 BRL per day 24-hour confirmation policy! As this is one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you, answer any relevant questions and ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to confirm within 24 hours, if not sooner. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
