This home is a quick drive from the open ocean beach, mere minutes from the heart of town, and across the road from Prichard State Wayside - the smallest state park in all of Oregon. This two-level home is roomy and bright, with soft carpeting, large picture windows, and river views greeting you as you enter. There’s a window seat where you can curl up with a good book in the mornings and a wood-burning fireplace and a flatscreen cable TV to keep things cozy at night. Moving into the kitchen, you’ll find a wealth of cabinet storage, a breakfast bar for three, and an eat-in dining table by the window. A gas grill, an outdoor patio with picnic tables and a firepit make it easy to dine al fresco in the cool ocean breeze as well. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
