They are 500 m² in style and well-being with 7 large and comfortable suites, all with sea view.
The recently renovated and fully renovated house can accommodate up to 16 adults and 6 children (Up to 11 years old)
The pleasant outdoor and indoor social areas are perfect places to relax with friends, with a stunning view of the sea and the coconut palms of this paradise beach. with a gold key in front of the sunset. The charming village of Barra Grande with its shops, restaurants, and bars is just minutes from the house.
A housekeeper and caretaker are available 8h / day for the well-being of privileged guests.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- A photo of the ID of all guests staying overnight is required to be sent to us prior to arrival
- Random visits are not allowed and are subject to approval.
- Parties are not allowed
- It is not allowed to play loud music after 10PM
