Walk out the door of Talmont Trailhead Cabin right to the famed trails of Paige Meadows, for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and wildflowers! Perched above Sunnyside-Tahoe City, you will be centrally located to all the fun North Tahoe has to offer. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The brand-new custom kitchen will surely be a favorite! Two barstools adjoin the kitchen bar, and the dining table seats 4. The living room has a cozy wood fireplace, cable TV, DVD and VHS players and movies, and a great selection of books. A sliding glass door opens from the dining room to the wraparound deck with picnic table for outdoor dining in the summer. There is a nice mudroom at the entry for stowing all your gear. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
