This villa with sea view is located in Prainha (Aquiraz), 50 minutes from Fortaleza airport. It was built in 2020 and can accommodate 10 people in its 5 comfortable suites.

Near the house, there are many beach clubs where you can have a tasty grilled fish for lunch. You can go horse riding or buggy rides on the beach or in the dunes, where you can watch the sunset over Lake Catu. You can also take kitesurfing lessons on the Maceió lagoon, go to the Beach Park, voted the best water park in South America, located 15 minutes away by car, or the beautiful 18-hole Aquiraz Riviera golf course.
Rental includes daily housekeeping and Wi-Fi.

Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you, answer any relevant questions and ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to confirm within 24 hours, if not sooner.
HOUSE RULES
To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.
Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.
We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.
Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.
Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Pets are welcome with advance approval.
We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.
Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
