This villa is an excellent house to spend a few days of rest away from the noise of the city and the traffic. This property will offer you all the comfort and calm you need for a harmonious stay. Here you can share moments with your family and friends, prepare a barbecue and enjoy the pool, in a perfect climate of 26º C. The house is distributed on two levels: on the first one you will find the social areas such as the pool, with views of nature, BBQ, living room, dining room, and kitchen with bamboo doors, which give the property a tropical touch. It has 3 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. On the second level, you will find the master suite, with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. Maximum capacity for 16 guests. The villa comes with 3 parking spaces. The service personnel is hired separately. From 7 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon. For a group of more than 6 people, a second person must be hired. The rate is per day and must be paid directly on-site to the service personnel. 24-hour confirmation policy! As this is one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you, answer any relevant questions and ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to confirm within 24 hours, if not sooner. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
