The house staff, available at 8am, will take care of the service, prepare meals, set up the pool and housekeeping. The presence of the swimming pool, the large outdoor space, the magnificent garden and the proximity of the beach will guarantee a highly comfortable time in this paradisiac place. The property is located in the Condominium “Altos de Trancoso”, with 24h security, one of the most exclusive of Trancoso, only 10 minutes walking from the Quadrado or the beach. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you, answer any relevant questions and ensure that your booking runs smoothly. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
