Nestled in a condominium of the highest luxury standards, you will have access to the spa, tennis courts, restaurants, bars and the heliport of the spa hotel. Besides that, you will in contemporary enjoy the beauty of Bahia´s beautiful nature as the property comes with an immense 2000 square meter outdoor area, located next to a stunning beach. One of the many highlights of the property is the modern swimming pool, which partly lies under a Bahian-designed sundeck. With a unique designed entrance from inside the building to the pool, the comfort of the interior and the untamed nature are seeming to merge together. There is also a huge terrace made out of tropical wood- for sure no better place to relax under the Bahian sun. All the rooms are very open and wide designed so there is constantly a fresh breeze wafting through the various spaces. The design will also contribute to social interaction between the guests as there are big living rooms with loungy furniture. The 4 suites of the property are luxuriously equipped. Three of them are coming with a king-sized bed, one with 2 single beds. For sure you will spend unforgettable holidays here. 24-hour confirmation policy! As this is one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
