The outdoor area possesses a big swimming-pool and a large terrace from which you will have incredible views over the untouched tropical forest and the majestic hills surrounding the property. Thanks to its unique localization the outdoor area of the property cannot be seen from any angle, making sure its guests can enjoy total privacy. The garden is elegantly designed with exotic flowers and palm trees- perfect to have a sophisticated dinner under the Bahian skies. The interior design is a lustful mixture between European elegance and Bahian comfort. Extravagancy and pure luxury are reflected in every angle of the 700 m2 mansion without making the place look too swanky. Most of the furniture is made out of wood from Trancoso, completing the well-rounded design. The open aligned dining and living rooms next to the large American kitchen will enhance social interaction between the guests. The 4 suites of the mansion are coming with en-suites bathrooms and king-size beds, providing the highest level of comfort. There is one more suite outside of the main building, so the holiday residence offers enough space for 10 people. The rental price includes one private cook, 2 maids, and one gardener. As this is one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
