A freshly renovated oceanfront villa, complete with a sundeck and private pool, situated directly on one of the best shallow snorkeling sites on the entire island. Protected by a coral reef, there are rarely any currents or waves to contend with so children can play in the shallows all day.
The ocean views are stunning as soon as you walk through the front door. Natural light and scenic ocean views flood the entire living area through the sunroom’s retractable glass doors which can be opened to allow a breeze to flow through on days when A/C is not necessary.
Cute Caribbean architecture and a modern open concept design lend a great "island feel" throughout.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
