Situated on a beautiful lush landscape, the home offers 20 feet of lakefront with a private beach and swim area. Providing the perfect platform for boating, jet skiing, water skiing, kayaking, fishing, swimming, and meditating.
During the spring and summertime, immerse yourself in nature while strolling on your own private beach. Winter is a fairy tale at Cedarbrook. With a state-of-the-art hydronic heating system that will keep you cozy at all times. Enjoy hot cocoa or your favorite winter beverage by one of the Two fireplaces or outdoor fire pit. Create beautiful memories, while watching your children build snowmen and watching the snowfall on the majestic lake.
The home is conveniently adjacent to world-class resorts known for downhill and cross country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and ice skating. Other worldwide known points of interest near the home are Emerald Bay, Incline Village, Cave Rock and restaurants, shopping, and casinos in South Lake Tahoe just a short drive within 15 minutes of everything you need.
The Lake Front Estate

Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen: Main dining area seats 8 guests addition table can be provided if needed. Old style Bar with lake views is just below the main living area with 65 ” television, executive desk area, executive meeting table, card table, computer, printer, and fireplace with Lakeviews 180 degree. Walkout on the deck to outdoor fire pits to enjoy the 180-degree view of beautiful Lake Tahoe.
Powder room 1/2 bath, desk areas, pool table, and 4 outside balconies with extraordinary views of the lake. Large outdoor patio with furniture, and barbeque grills. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. No parking of guests overnight is allowed on the street and no one can park in the private parking area at any time. Do not leave trash outside at any time only in approved bear trash cans or have our team do a trash pick up for you. Max amount of cars for overnight parking is 4 and all must be in the driveway or garage. Guests can only use the 20 feet of beachfront part of the property the properties to the left and right are private property and will result in a 1000 dollar fine if a guest is found on any of the private properties that surround the rental property.
