This nice top of the mountain overseas Heavenly Valley, with a community pool and Hot tub , two bedrooms, two bathroom, pull out couch and air bed, our condo sleeps six, up to 8th, with a pull out . It is a perfect location to unwind year round! Spend your vacation basking in the sun at Nevada Beach or Zephyr Beach both within a 10 minute drive from the condo. In the winter, Heavenly Ski Resort’s Boulder and Stagecoach lifts are both less than a mile from your doorstep and Heavenly’s California gondola is just a 7 minute drive away! Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules

- Keep noise to a minimum after 9pm
- No engaging in illegal activities
- Please remove shoes while in the house
- No pets unless specified, there will be a separate Pet Fee charged after booking for pet-friendly homes
