Come enjoy this beautiful, spacious, and cozy - 2 bedroom cottage that sleeps 8 guests max. The cottage overlooks the beautiful Ellijay River, which is perfect for wading in the shallow water or laying out during the warmer months. In the winter, you will love listening to the peaceful river, while enjoying a beverage and staying warm around the outdoor firepit and soaking in your private hot tub. The hot tub is located inside your screened in porch, which also features a propane grill, and a picnic bench to enjoy your meals overlooking the river. The cottage is situated on 7 acres that is shared with our home, which is located next door. It is less that 2 miles to downtown Ellijay, 10-13 miles to downtown Blue Ridge, multiple apple orchards within a few mile radius, many winery & vineyards, as well as many hiking trails / waterfalls that are within a 30 minute drive. Your kids will love the Noah’s ark playground & swings that we built...

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
