Modern and cozy bungalow with hot tub located in the heart of the Soquel Village. Only a 5 minute walk to the numerous restaurants in the Soquel Village, a 7 minute drive to Capitola Beach, and a 15 minute drive to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk! There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house, with an additional, detached unit with a queen-sized bed.
The beautifully decorated living area features a wood burning stove, plenty of comfortable seating, a desk/office space, and a TV with DVD player. There are 3 bedrooms located on the 1st floor of the main house: The Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed, en suite bathroom and a sliding door leading to the outdoor patio.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have queen-sized beds and share a bathroom. The 4th bedroom is located up a spiral staircase and has a queen-sized bed and lounging area. The detached bedroom is private and cozy with a queen-sized bed, desk and direct access to the outdoor patio area.
On the back patio, there is tons of space for the whole family to gather! Enjoy barbecuing and eating at the outdoor dining tables, gathering around the fire pit for s’mores, and taking a soak in the hot tub!
We provide coffee and tea. We also provide luxury linens and towels, and top-of-the-line Kiehl’s shampoo/conditioner & body wash.
In order to ensure the safety of our guests, Property Manager has implemented additional cleaning and sanitization procedures in all of our rental properties. The enhanced cleaning and sanitization procedures completed by our housekeeping team increases the total cleaning fee rate—we thank you for understanding as we do our part to keep our guests safe.

There is a tenant living in a house on the back of the property. You’ll likely never see them but need to keep the driveway clear so they can get their car in and out.
