The home is an easy 5 minute walk to several excellent breweries, restaurants, wine tasting rooms, and coffee shops. A few of our favorites are Humble Sea Brewing Co., Kelly’s French Bakery for pastries, West End Tap and Kitchen for dinner, and Cat & Cloud Coffee. The home is also an easy 8 minute walk to both New Leaf Market and Safeway.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Please remove shoes when entering home. There is a bench/shoe rack right inside the front door.
- Local housing laws prohibit the same overnight guests for more than 10 days in a given month.
- No parties or events to be held at the house. You may have daytime gatherings not to exceed 8 total people in the home.
- Guests must have professional house cleaning no less than twice a month. Property Manager will provide this at a fee of $199 per cleaning unless you get your own cleaning person/service.
- No smoking or vaping inside the house.
- Do not use wood burning fireplace.
