Connestee Falls, the City of Brevard, and surrounding areas were fortunate enough to miss the brunt of Hurricane Helene. Most of Brevard did not even lose power during the storm. Although there are pockets that were hit harder, most of the areas surrounding this beautiful home were spared. Many charming western North Carolina mountain towns are within a short drive. Towns like Cashiers, Highlands, Hendersonville and Travelers Rest South Carolina are all waiting for you. Even the famous Biltmore Estate is now reopened. The art district in Asheville was destroyed, but surprisingly, downtown Asheville is still vibrant, and had no damage. All businesses look for your support and eagerly await your arrival.
This gated community home boasts over 2,100 square feet of living space. Resort-style amenities include four private lakes, a park, and access to a seasonal Olympic-size lap pool. All four lakes offer a beach and non-motorized boat access, docks, and swimming areas. A stocking program ensures plenty of fish. Ticoa Lake can be seen from the home and is a 3-minute drive. Outdoor enthusiasts won't be short of things to do during their stay at this Connestee Falls gem! Connestee Falls has over 20 miles of private, well-groomed hiking trails along vibrant streams and breathtaking falls, as well as several lakes, that can only be accessed from the grounds during your stay. Drive minutes to spend the day at Atagahi Park and fish in or hike along Atagahi Lake. Other nearby hikes include Table Rock, Looking Glass Falls, Shining Rock Wilderness Area, and Triple Falls in Dupont State Forest, within 30 miles or less. Find shopping and dining a short drive away in the town of Brevard. Brevard was voted one of the top 10 best mountain bike destinations in the USA! You're also within driving distance of Hendersonville, Asheville and the famous Sierra Nevada Brewing company.

The sunroom has vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace. The office loft includes an office chair, a large desk, and a reading chair. A USB-C hub, dual monitors, and high-speed wireless internet are provided. Play pool, cornhole, mini basketball, air hockey and arcade games in the game room, located in the detached three-season garage. A wine fridge, bar area, and smart TV complete the space. The modern kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs! Find a KitchenAid mixer, blender, crockpot, cake and cookie pans, colanders, cutting boards, gourmet knives and cooking utensils, spices, and even a malt maker! A deluxe six-burner gas grill with a ceramic searing side burner is provided with grilling tools. The backyard includes a patio with a picnic table and a set of Adirondack chairs set in a grove of trees. Sip a crisp drink on the screened porch. The front porch is equipped with seating and a beverage table.
Community amenities (amenity fee required) include a beach, an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, a heated pool, a fitness center, and an on-site restaurant. The community amenity fee is $175 (subject to change), with price increases for stays longer than one month. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. 4WD/traction may be required in winter. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Property Manager North Carolina LLC. All Property Manager properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
