<p>Villa Velasco is set in a peaceful residential area of Cala en Forcat just 2 minutes’ walk from the coast. This lovely three bedroomed villa has comfortable furnishings all situated on ground floor level. On entering the villa you are greeted by a light, airy living/dining area with large patio doors leading out onto the private pool terrace. Outside you will benefit from an open terrace which is fringed with sunloungers and mature shrubs to give plenty of privacy. A table tennis table is available along with a brick built BBQ to enjoy those warm summer evenings outside.</p> <p>Villa Velasco is within easy walking distance of local facilities in the resort of Cala en Forcat. Just a ten minute walk will bring you to a good selection of restaurants, shops and bars offering evening entertainment.
