<p>A beautiful modern villa completed in the Summer of 2018 – combining a top location within just a couple of minutes walk to shops and restaurants, as well as the beach at Lardos, but still secluded on the edge of the village backed by pine woods and totally enclosed for privacy. </p>
<p>As soon as you open the electric gates to enter “Summer Light” you realise that this is a special villa. Set in a large private garden, the villa is the realisation of a dream for a local family which includes two architects! The gorgeous, shady barbecue with its own dining area and a very generous garden with plenty of room for children to play with extensive terraces. The main pool, with a shallow pool water feature gently overflowing into it - is just the ideal spot to sit with the children or just enjoy a cool drink and ponder! </p>

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
