Solon Serenity: A Beautiful, Serene Setting with Mtn Views, Fire Pit, Grill
Experience the peacefulness of country living and breathtaking mountain views! The spacious and beautifully updated home is situated on a beautiful lot with picturesque mountain views, cozy and stylish decor, and perfectly suited for a family or friend getaway!

We DO NOT allow Early Check-ins and or Late Checkouts during the following time frames:
May-December. It’s what we consider our "Busy Season" and therefor cannot accommodate such request during that time of year.
From January- April...if we can accommodate an early arrival or late check out, there is a $50 fee, for each. The Early Arrival time is 2pm and the Late Check out time is 12pm.
We, however, CANNOT confirm any early arrivals or late check outs until 2 days prior to your arrival. So please do not contact us until then.
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am!

The home is equipped with Internet. It is a rural setting, so it is not high-speed internet, but owner has used the internet for work with no trouble.
The house is located about 20 minutes from JMU, 9 minutes from Bridgewater College, and convenient to Natural Chimneys, Wild Oak Hiking Trail, North River Gorge Trail, Several Caverns, along with Bluestone Vineyard, and Farmers Markets.
The Colonial home has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, Open concept living/Kitchen space, along with attached two car garage. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances, refrigerator, oven, microwave, stove, and coffee maker. The kitchen is well stocked for any culinary appetite.
There is an outdoor patio and fire pit for delightful night activities, along with propane grill. Enjoy the heavenly views from the patio and witness the peaceful serenity of country living.
The master bedroom is on the main level of the home, features a king bed, spacious walk-in closet, and stunning En-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a tiled shower and soaking tub, along with double vanities. Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a small living space. One of the bedrooms features a queen bed, the other features two twins. In the basement, there are two additional twin beds and a sofa. Each bedroom features a flat screen smart TV.
