LIVING & DINING ROOM With Parquet flooring and a corner sofa in blue, the living room is light and spacious, with Juliette balconies and French doors. The corner sofa can be converted into a double sofa bed if required. The space is decorated in interesting artwork and includes a television and bookcase. The dining area comprises a table and surrounding comfortable chairs. Above the table, an eye-catching gold light hangs down. MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom includes a King-size bed, a mirrored wardrobe and a chest-of-drawers, with classic Parisian windows providing plenty of light. An interesting art piece hangs on the wall above the bed. SECOND BEDROOM The second bedroom can also be used as an office space- as it includes a desk with chair and a single sofa bed, suitable for a child. There is also a mirrored wardrobe in this room. BATHROOM The bathroom enjoys art-deco style blue tiles within the walk-in shower, as well as a basin and the washing machine. There is a separate WC and basin. **To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.** Home truths: No smoking, pets or parties! The single sofa bed is only suitable for a child of up to 12 years. Please be aware, this is one of the busiest areas in Paris - especially at night.
