<p>Villa Nikolas is a truly superb villa in a quiet and peaceful location offering stunning views and the most mesmerising sunsets imaginable. With its immaculately painted exterior and lovely wooden shutters, Villa Nikolas is exceptionally photogenic and really well-appointed to boot. Immediately in front of the house, there’s a large private swimming pool with a surrounding terrace offering plenty of space to relax with a good book. What’s more, with its elevated position above a carpeted hillside of beautiful olive trees; the contrast as it drops down towards the sea is simply gorgeous. Inside, tiled floors, pastel coloured walls and beamed ceilings give a distinct nod to traditional Greece, however the furniture is both high quality and contemporary and very comfortable. As for the location, it’s a two minute drive (or 10 minute walk) to a charming family taverna, snack bar/café’ and mini-market, and around 20 minutes walk down to the local beach. The chic cosmopolitan resort of FIskardo is 5 minutes drive away offering the stunning beaches of Emblisi and Foki Bay as well as an eclectic selection of restaurants and shops around the harbour.</p> <p> </p>
