<p>This delightful, detached villa is conveniently located in a quiet part of Cala D’Or, just 80m from Es Pou beach with its gently sloping soft sand. There is a good selection of shops and restaurants also within easy walking distance with one just 100m away from the villa. The master bedroom on the first floor has a large private terrace, air conditioning and an en-suite shower room. On the ground floor there are three other twin bedrooms, a further shower room, a spacious living room with dining area and a separate fitted kitchen. Outside there is a spacious sun terrace with sun beds and a parasol which surrounds the swimming pool. Patio furniture and a brick-built BBQ are provided to enjoy Al Fresco dining. To the rear of the house is a lovely shaded lawn making an ideal children’s play area.</p>

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
