The Home
This is a new-built villa located in the village of Adele, just a 15 minutes drive to Rethymnon town. It is 115 sqm, with modern architectural design, carefully furnished and offers wonderful views of the North coast and the mountains.
The ground floor of the villa consists of a spacious living room with a dining room, a double bed bedroom, and a shower/WC. There is also a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a door leading to an outdoor grill.
The living room doors open onto a furnished terrace next to the pool. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and two en-suite bathrooms, one for every bedroom.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
