This is a modern complex that was established in 2010 in the traditional village Skoutelonas of Kolimbari. The villa has been created based on the needs of modern man for privacy, peace and relaxation away from noise and unwanted visitors. Each building is itself a private area of accommodation. The decoration was made with love and passion aiming to the development of a comfortable, luxurious and also hospitable space. Villa is equipped with all modern comforts giving visitors the feeling that they are in their own home.
The surrounding area is an oasis of natural beauty as it consists of an exotic garden adorned with trees and flowers of Crete. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - Bed linen is changed every 3 days.
- - Towels are changed every 3 days.
