The villa is ideal for relaxing in its many spacey areas. On the terrace or on the middle floor balcony or by the pool or under the shade of the old cypress tree.
The villa has a 3 storey layout. Entering the villa on the middle floor there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen and a luxurious living area, elegantly decorated and with an impressive aquarium. Then there is a double bedroom with a large balcony and another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. A washing machine is available. On the same level, there is a big balcony with patio furniture where you can enjoy many relaxing moments during your breakfast or dinner.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
