This is a unique fully restored and renovated maisonette located directly on the beach promenade of Rethymno town.  It extends in 2 floors and consists of 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other two with two twin beds each. It has 2 bathrooms. The beautiful wooden front door leads to a wooden staircase that takes you to the first floor of this beautiful house. For people having difficulties climbing stairs there is a special lift chair for stairs.  The first floor consists of an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, a dining area and a cozy living room. Next to the living room, the French doors open to a balcony with unobstructed views to the beautiful beach, the blue sea and the promenade of Rethymno’s old town. The maisonette is individually air-conditioned throughout and has a satellite tv and a fast wifi internet connection. It is ideally located, in the center of the beach promenade of Rethymno old town, next to all amenities and the organized beach and due to its building quality and structure, is really quiet and private.   The promenade street where the house is located is closing for cars every day from 19.30 pm to 01.00 am during the summer season, becoming a beautiful pedestrian area, making the house’s balcony a privileged spot to relax and enjoy the magnificent sunset.
