It extends in 2 floors and consists of 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other two with two twin beds each. It has 2 bathrooms.
The beautiful wooden front door leads to a wooden staircase that takes you to the first floor of this beautiful house. For people having difficulties climbing stairs there is a special lift chair for stairs.
The first floor consists of an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, a dining area and a cozy living room. Next to the living room, the French doors open to a balcony with unobstructed views to the beautiful beach, the blue sea and the promenade of Rethymno’s old town.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
