Enjoy a beach break at a family-friendly condo that celebrates the beach! You’ll perk up after travel immediately when you step inside this condo full of natural light and casual beach decor. Chill out on the private furnished patio, or break out the private gas grill for a delicious dinner. The main area is separated from the bedrooms by a door, so you’ll be able to head off to bed peacefully. If you want an even deeper sleep, just pull the room darkening shades closed. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool during their stay. It’s just a short walk from the condo to the beach and the San Clemente Pier - it’s a very walkable one-third-of-a-mile! Guests can connect easily to the San Clemente Beach Trail. Rent a bike from Urban Bicycle Outfitters (one-and-a-half miles away) to coast along the trail with ease. Enjoy an early dinner at Pierside Kitchen & Bar two blocks away, or take in something sweet at La Galette Creperie....

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
