Three-bedroom Villa Elpida is on the beautiful island of Lefkas. Ancient fishing villages and undeveloped shorelines make Lefkas the perfect choice for those who just want to chill. Designed to complement the natural surroundings, the villa has a stunning, curved infinity pool which hugs the front of the property. The brilliant turquoise of the pool contrasts the azure blue of the Ionian Sea below. Wooden poolside loungers are cleverly positioned to overlook that stunning vista. There are also rattan loungers and dining furniture to enjoy meals and drinks outdoors. Villa Elpida is designed on two levels with a sandy façade, terracotta tiled roof and Grecian arches. There is a pretty kitchen with wooden tables and chairs to serve up a fresh, Greek salad at the end of the day. A relaxing lounge features several arched, floor to ceiling windows which look out over the sloping hillside and sea. Upstairs, the three bedrooms are tastefully decorated with matching curtains and bed linen. There are also three ensuite bathrooms and a separate toilet. Important Information: During the winter period, October – April, temperatures can drop considerably especially in the evening and overnight. Heaters can be added to your booking in the extras page where available. The local municipality of Sivota continues to invest in developing the surrounding area and there may be works taking place within the vicinity. We do not anticipate these will have a significant impact on the overall enjoyment of your holiday, with works being monitored regularly. For your own safety please do not use inflatables inside the infinity pool or sit, walk, or stand on the infinity pool edge. This property contains wide gaps in the ladder effect railings. Please ensure children remain supervised at all times. Please note, the whirlpool function on the bathtub in the images is not functioning.
