<p>Three-bedroom Villa Elpida is on the beautiful island of Lefkas. Ancient fishing villages and undeveloped shorelines make Lefkas the perfect choice for those who just want to chill.</p>
<p>Designed to complement the natural surroundings, the villa has a stunning, curved infinity pool which hugs the front of the property. The brilliant turquoise of the pool contrasts the azure blue of the Ionian Sea below. Wooden poolside loungers are cleverly positioned to overlook that stunning vista. There are also rattan loungers and dining furniture to enjoy meals and drinks outdoors.</p>
<p>Villa Elpida is designed on two levels with a sandy façade, terracotta tiled roof and Grecian arches. There is a pretty kitchen with wooden tables and chairs to serve up a fresh, Greek salad at the end of the day. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
