The Home
This is a 70sq.m. one-storey holiday house at the south coast of Crete island, above the beautiful Souda bay, a few minutes from Plakias village.
It has a spectacular view of the south coast sea, of Souda and Plakias bays and it is near all the amenities for a comfortable holiday. In front of the house, there is a lawn area and an 18 sq.m. private swimming pool with plenty of surrounding relaxing areas equipped with exterior furniture, sun beds, and umbrellas.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have private en-suite modern, fully equipped bathrooms. There is an open-plan modern kitchen that is fully equipped with all modern appliances and a dining table. The living room has a flat-screen satellite TV, a fireplace and it leads to a covered patio fully furnished with exterior furniture, where you can have your meals and spend many relaxing hours outside the house...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
