<p>This beautiful four-bedroom villa rests at the foot of some gently sloping hills near to Puerto Pollensa in Mallorca. Set within an upmarket, residential area named Siller, it’s only a ten-minute stroll to the beach.</p> <p>Built in a classical style with a twist, Villa Animeta has an upper terrace which wraps around the property and is accessible via a sweeping, outdoor staircase. This staircase is the access point to the first floor, which houses the main villa quarters. The terrace is simply the best spot to enjoy cocktails as the sun sets on another amazing day. Bordered by oversized cacti, the garden extends out to a gorgeous lap pool with enough sun loungers for all the family. Grab some local steaks and fire up the Spanish BBQ. Al fresco dining here is a must.</p> <p>When the sun has set and you’re ready to head indoors, you’ll be met by a welcoming ‘home from home’. Feature walls have wooden cladding, there is a farmhouse table and chairs and kitchen has all you need to prepare family feasts. The four bedrooms have one master with double bed and the rest have two single beds per room. There is also three bathrooms to share. </p> <p>Amble down to Puerto Pollensa where you’ll find nice sandy beaches, lovely family run restaurants and a pretty promenade.</p> <p>*The ground floor bedroom is accessed via a separate entrance from the terrace area outside</p> <h3> </h3> <p> To access the villa there is a path which is 220cm wide along with 17 steps. The front door has a width of 74cm, paths from the villa to the pool area are open, terrace and the grounds are flat. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 74cm wide which is the exterior annex bedroom and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 69cm wide.
