This is a new-built modern luxury villa with 4 bedrooms, just 6 km from Rethymno town. It is located in a beautiful quiet area, near Crete university.
It is an autonomous two floors building that consists of a 200 sq.m. residence and a 22 sq.m. shared swimming pool.
The ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms, the central one is 32 sqm with its own living room and bathroom, the next two with a double bed each and a bathroom. There is also a laundry room as well as a kitchenette. From the ground floor, there is direct access to the swimming pool area. Αll rooms have autonomous heating and air conditioning.
The upper floor consists of a living room with an open fireplace and perimeter terraces with great views. The dining room is attached to a fully equipped kitchen and a veranda overlooking the pool and the surrounding nature. There is also another WC.
The terraces are equipped with exterior furniture, dining table, and umbrellas. The pool area is equipped with loungers, sunbeds, umbrellas and a BBQ.
Gallou village is a semi-mountain village in the prefecture of Rethymno with lush vegetation throughout the year and is located approximately 6 km southwest of the city of Rethymno.
