This is a beautiful modern brand new 9 persons villa, with a private pool, located in Adele, Rethymno, just 3km from the sandy beaches of Rethymno and in walking distance to taverns and supermarkets.
The ground floor consists of a spacious living room, a dining room, a toilet with a shower, and a bedroom with two single beds that can easily be converted into a double. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a wooden bar, and a wine fridge. The living room leads to a terrace fully furnished and decorated overlooking excellent views.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate laundry room. The first bedroom is furnished with a double king-size bed and it has an ensuite bathroom, which is equipped with a hydro-massage bathtub. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds that can be converted into a double. Furthermore, there is a large balcony door leading to a spacious terrace with a modern wooden pergola. All bedrooms have air conditioning and modern flat-screen satellite TVs.
The villa has also a roof terrace, with wonderful sea and mountain views, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. Furthermore, the basement of the villa is equipped with a ping–pong table, children’s toys, and board games. The villa provides some fitness equipment, both in the basement and on the first floor. There is WiFi coverage throughout.
Outdoors there is a private 43 sq.m swimming pool and an attached safe kids pool, surrounded by loungers and a BBQ while various trees and plants, such as roses, cypress, jasmine, and apricot, plum, tangerine create an enchanting scenery of colors and fragrances. There is private parking for 3 vehicles. The villa has facilities for the disabled guests.
Adelianos Kampos is 3 km away with all the necessary amenities such as supermarkets, bakery, butcher’s, shoe and clothes shops, souvenir shops, a jewelry shop, etc. Doctor’s service is also available in the village. Directly in Adele village, there is a supermarket some 500 m from the villa, while Agreco’s tavern is some 900 meters away. Adele village is a beautiful small village and it is located at a distance of approximately 8 Km east of Rethymnon town located on the road to the Monastery of Arkadi.
