This is a 240 sq.m. two-floor comfortable fully equipped villa, full of light, in a beautiful countryside among olive groves and just 4km from a beautiful sandy beach. The spacious living room is fully furnished with large sofas, armchair, fireplace, flat TV set, and sophisticated decoration and is connected to the dining area with a large dining table.
There are three comfortable bedrooms one with a double bed, two with twin beds and an office room with a sofa that can be turned to a semi-double bed. The three bedrooms have access to large balconies and have individually controlled A/C units while the office room has a fan. The kitchen is big and fully equipped with possible appliances and also there is a breakfast table. An internal marble staircase leads up to the first floor. There is one bathroom on the ground floor and two more on the first floor.
The exterior shaded areas and verandas are furnished the exterior furniture for many relaxing hours in front of the beautiful garden and the lawn area. There is WiFi coverage throughout the villa and there is a 28 sq.m. swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas around.
The beautiful picturesque village of Prines is in just 750m distance and has an ATM machine, two mini-markets and three traditional taverns. In just a few minutes drive you reach the small beautiful beach of Gerani with a fish tavern and in just a few more minutes drive you reach the long sandy beaches of Petres, Episkopi and Kavros with many beach bars and snacks. Rethymno town is at 8.5km distance where you can find all possible tourist amenities, attractions, museums, restaurants, nightlife, and market.
