This villa is a magnificent two-bedroom villa with an extraordinary view to the mysterious Libyan Sea. This elegant two-bedroom rural villa offers a stunning view of the Libyan Sea and the visitor is always under the impression that Africa is just a few miles away. There is also a magnificent view of the famous village of Plakias. There is nothing between you and the infinite blue sea of the south part of Crete island.
With its privileged location, on a hillside, the villa will surely appeal to every visitor who is seeking breathtaking sea view and relaxation. It is located just 2 km from the famous organized sandy beach of Plakias and some 3 km from the village.
Its interior decoration is simple and minimalistic and the exterior areas are very comfortable. The villa is pleasing to the eye from all angles. You can relax in the living room or by the pool area and you will not ever get tired of watching the blue of the south sea and the romantic sunsets.
Entering there is a living-dining area and an open plan kitchen and a modern shower/WC. Furthermore, there are 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and ensuite shower/wc and one with 2 single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with individual controlled air conditions and flat TV sets.
All rooms have direct access to the veranda and the pool area. From there a staircase leads to a beautiful spacious shaded patio with barbeque and great views. The pool has a size of 18 sqm. The villa is licensed by the National Tourism Organization.

The nearby famous beach of Preveli with its unique palm forest and Damnoni, are two of many unique choices. You can also find majestic gorges and many historical and cultural sites. The nearby village of Plakias is a picturesque village with a lot of tourist attractions and is located just a few kilometers from Rethymno. It has many taverns, restaurants, bars, mini markets, car rental agencies, and outdoor activities agencies.
