This elegant 2 bedroom rural villa offers stunning view to the Libyan Sea and the visitor is always under the impression that Africa is just a few miles away. There is also magnificent view to the famous village of Plakias. There is nothing between you and the infinite blue sea of the south part of Crete island. With its privileged location, on a hillside, the villa will surely appeal to every visitor who is seeking breathtaking sea view and relaxation. It is located just 1,5 km from the famous sandy beach of Plakias. Its interior decoration is simple and minimalistic and the exterior areas are very comfortable. The villa is pleasing to the eye from all angles. You can relax in the living room or by the pool area and you will not ever get tired of watching the blue of the south sea and the romantic sunset. This brand new, one floor villa, accommodates up to 5 people. Entering the villa there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room, the indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. The living room area has direct access to the veranda and the pool area. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with shower and a washing machine. All bedrooms are equipped with individual controlled air conditions and a flat TV sets. When it comes to beautiful beaches, the area is privileged with some of the best of Crete. The nearby famous beach of Preveli with its palm forest and Damnoni, are two among many unique choices. You can also find majestic gorges and many historical and cultural sites. The nearby village of Plakias is a picturesque village with a lot of tourist attractions, and is located just a few kilometres from Rethymno. It has many taverns, restaurants, bars, mini markets, car rental agencies and outdoor activities agencies. Next to this villa there there are two more identical 2 bedroom villas with complete privacy and sea view and each of them accommodates up to 5 guests. All three of them accommodate up to 15 guests.
