Only a 10 minute walk away, this villa is set just above the
Lindos, one of the most attractive and beautiful villages in Rhodes. As
the villa is so close to Lindos you are also rewarded with an amazing
view of the towering acropolis from the swimming pool.
Inside the living area is open planned with the kitchen, stairs lead up
to a double bedroom and twin bedroom which both share a bathroom. The
villa comes complete with air-conditioning in the living area and all
bedrooms, free WiFi and table tennis.
Outside the villa is a pergola with dining table and chairs and a
brick BBQ for alfresco evenings. Your private swimming is set within a
grass garden and is fully enclosed with wooden panel fencing to give
you privacy.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
