This villa belongs to a complex of three independent houses, aesthetically decorated with a nice terrace around the villas and a large shared swimming pool. It is located in the cozy and quiet Douliana village, a traditionally preserved village with hidden corners and a peaceful environment. It is in the heart of the nature of Apokoronas valley, near the magnificent White Mountains, one of the most picturesque and beautiful areas of Crete island.
The villa can accommodate up to 5 guests and has large balconies with open views over the Apokoronas Valley and a large sunny terrace. It is traditionally furnished with a seating and dining room with fireplace, a sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a small WC. Wooden steps lead to the second level, featuring a double bed bedroom and a mezzanine with two single beds that can be reached with removable wooden stairs, a comfortable bathroom with bathtub and a big veranda with a wonderful view of the White Mountains. There are a large shared swimming pool, garden, and many shaded areas fully furnished.
It’s just 2 km from the vivid Vamos village. Douliana village has just 40 houses in total and a cozy square with one local cafe, a mini-market, and a very nice taverna. You will feel welcome in any corner of the village! Within a 10 km drive, you will reach the beaches of Almirida, Kalives, Kiani Akti and Ombrogialos. Local amenities include a mini market at 10 meters, a bakery at 300 m and a few taverns and traditional cafes at 400 m.
