This is a delightfully charming property steeped in character and
history, and strikingly good looking to boot. This original olive mill,
built in 1775, was where olives were pressed to produce some of the
finest olive oil in the area. Nowadays has been tastefully
furnished with many original features having been retained and
sympathetically restored creating an extremely stylish and comfortable
villa. Two feature staircases lead up from the impressive entrance hall
to the bedrooms situated on the first floor, each with wooden beamed
ceilings, stone edged windows and breathtaking views to the mountains.
The exteriors are equally beautiful and tranquil with extensive open
and covered terraces dotted around the inviting private swimming pool.
The beach of Cala San Vicente can be reached in less than five minutes
by car, as can the historical old town of Pollensa where a wonderful
array of boutique shops, restaurants and café’s can be found.
