Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the unit. Also will have access to all amenities in the building.
We do our best to meet each guest in person upon arrival to give access and answer any question. If not, then the keys will be at the front desk for your arrival. After that, we are there whenever you need us, and not there if you don’t. All will be confirmed in check in instructions that are sent after booking.
The Neighborhood:
This apartment is right in the center of downtown Baltimore next to the old town square, just a few minutes from all of the best sites the city has to offer. Head to the inner harbor for a scenic stroll just minutes away from the front door. You’re a few minutes away from Fells Point, the hip waterside neighborhood packed with galleries, fashion boutiques, pubs and taverns with live music. Eclectic restaurants line the cobblestone streets along the harbor and main square, where you can eat at some of the best seafood joints in the country, enjoying Chesapeake Bay crab and oysters. Head over to the National Aquarium to immerse yourself in one of the best marine-life exhibits you’ll find in the US, with dolphin shows, shark tanks and a walk-through rain-forest, or take the kids to the Maryland Science Center with IMAX shows and a planetarium. If you’re attending an event at the Baltimore Convention Center, you’re just a few minutes walk away -- no Uber required. You’ll be staying in a historic Baltimore building, where stunning architecture meets modern amenities and complete safety with 24/7 security.

Most of what you are likely here for is just a short walk away. Public transport is right around the corner if you need to leave downtown. Most of our guests prefer to use Uber and Lyft for longer range trips.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay.

By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- I acknowledge that I may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance by my rental agreement and condition of the booking.
- A deposit of may be required based on the outcome of our screening and for all guests who book with less than 24 hour notice.
House Rules:
Before you book, please be aware of the following: We strive to maintain the absolute highest standard of service. However, we are not a 5-star hotel and are therefore unable to provide everything that you would expect from a hotel. If you have specific things that you are very picky about, please discuss with us before booking.
Do not enter the building until you have completed verification and we have confirmed your booking or you will be denied entry. If you are a guest in Long Beach or Chicago, we ask that you do not announce your booking to building staff or residents, and do not make direct requests of building staff or doormen. In particular, do not approach them to check-in. Unless otherwise specified by our reservations team, you will be met upon arrival by your Guest Relations Manager, who will get you settled in and will be your point of contact during your stay.
Once you arrive, we will ask you to follow our house rules. Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and termination of your reservation without a refund.
1. This building is 100% non-smoking. No smoking or vaping of anything inside the unit, balconies or on building premises. Chicago law also prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any building entrance. Failure to comply will incur a $500 fine.
2. This a quiet and upscale residential building. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily. Our neighbors are very sensitive and they will report loud noise.
3. No events or parties are allowed during your stay in this unit or in the building. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine.
4. Absolutely no guests not in the reservation are allowed in the apartment or the building. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine.
5. Pets are not allowed at the property.
6. Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to you by the agreed-upon check out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check out fee.
7. Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $200 per key fee.
8. After booking, you will need to complete a guest verification portal. You may also be required to pay a deposit for your stay which can range between $500 and $2000.
9. Failure to check-out at the agreed time causes considerable disruption in cleaning and guest arrival schedules. In this case you will be charged for the cost of the disruption to the schedules, minimum of $500.
