From Santa’s Village, just 15 minutes away, to Bretton Woods and the Cog Rail, less than 10 minutes, to Cannon, Franconia Notch, Storyland and innumerable state parks, waterfalls and amazing hikes - you’ll simply wish you had more time to see it all! Conveniently located, this wonderful log cabin is warm and cozy, and surrounded by a great lawn - perfect for playing outside. A stone firepit adds to the fun and is a perfect spot to keep warm while marveling and the incredible night sky. And bring Fido - dogs are welcome as well!

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
