Not to mention, free high-speed WiFi is available, and nearly every room in the home has a flatscreen TV, so entertaining the whole gang with a movie night will be a breeze! THINGS TO KNOW No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 75 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
