Relax and take in the fresh air at this tasteful oceanfront home. There’s plenty of room for everyone to come in and enjoy a rest, with plenty of entertainment around every corner. Living rooms on each floor provide wonderfully curated spaces to relax - there’s a balcony upstairs and a gas fireplace downstairs! From there, relax in the sunroom or unwind on the sizable outdoor deck. Of course, the bright full kitchen indoors (complete with a French door refrigerator, a dishwasher for easy cleanup, and all the small appliances you may need) is a great place to cook up the rest of dinner. Gather around the piano (or around the fire table) on the lower level for lovely tunes or a sing-along. From the stained glass front door, turn right and head up the first staircase to find the home’s first set of bedrooms. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
