Walk to the Drive and all the great bars and restaurants. 8 minutes by car to Fort Lauderdale Beach, and even closer to Downtown Las Olas Blvd where you’ll find many popular restaurants, art galleries, and one of the best steak houses in town. The house has a beautiful heated pool with spa, and large BBQ. It’s close everything, but secluded enough to be private and quiet. And you have 100% exclusive access!
