Villa is located in one of the best locations of Protaras-Pernera area, a gated development just 3 minutes’ walk to the picturesque Pernera Beach. Within a 300 metre radius you will find a doctor, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, water-sports, organised beach and much more. Pernera year on year is increasing in popularity and is quickly becoming as popular as central Protaras. The beaches are excellent, the nightlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even better. Pernera is fantastic for everyone! There are two beaches within a very short walking distance from the villa. Pernara Beach and Anastasia Hotel Beach, both sandy and offering all facilities . There can be found many beautiful beaches in the area that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer (pedalos, diving, canoeing and para-sailing etc). Protaras-Pernera also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving night-life in the summer months and all within walking distance from the villa. There is also a water park and aquarium that are great for children of all ages. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Within 2-5 minutes’ walk you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbour the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach. There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Protaras Centre with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little ’secret’ restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on one’s morning walk, or for sundowners/dinner in the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea and watch the sunset. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times.
