This is a modern and spacious two bedroom apartment, beautifully decorated by a professional designer, with a large communal swimming pool located in a seafront, gated complex in Cape Greco area and near the picturesque Blue Flag white-sand Konnos Bay. The flat itself is located on the first floor of a small building of 12 apartments in a quiet gated complex.
Home offers a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a modern kitchen, large island, fully equipped with all modern appliances. The master bedroom offers a large double bed and en-suite shower room. While the second bedroom offer a bunk bed and a single bed so the apartment can comfortably sleep 5 persons. There is also a family bathroom with a shower. The living room doors open wide into a large covered veranda joining the inside with the exterior space which is equipped with modern table and chairs.
The suite is fully equipped with modern furniture, beautiful details, fully air-conditioned and offers free high speed Wi-Fi with a private internet line and satellite TV with Russian and European channels.
Property is about 10-minutes’walk from two beautiful beaches, minimarkets and restaurants. Within a 5-minute drive, you will find a number of beautiful beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, clinic and all the amenities you would require for an ideal family holiday. Protaras Central Strip, Fig Tree Bay as well as Ayia Napa Centre are all about 5-minutes’drive from the apartment.
The property is about 150m from the Cape Greco coastline, a pristine Mediterranean landscape, inviting during the spring to autumn seasons, and great for outdoor hikes and nature trips during the winter. This environmentally sensitive coastal area belongs to the Cape Greco National Park, a rugged landmass of dramatic features that has been sculpted by the cape’s weather into an amazing number of bays, coves and projecting headlands, with a rich history dating back to Neolithic times. The Park is laced with minute forms of nature, tiny survivors on rocky, dry grounds, tough small trees wedged in impossible positions and acres of pines above this coastline. The entry points to the sea are many, some do require an adventurous disposition. Note that directly in front of the villa you can access the sea from the rocks for a great swim but is not a beach.
The beach at Konnos, a Blue-Flag destination, is complete with proper facilities and its charming beach cafe-bar definetlely a must. Overlooking the action in the bay is "Cliffs", a great place for a drink and with a touch of intimacy and romance. Other venues overlooking the Bay are "Spartiatis" a clean local tavern liked by locals and visitors alike. The area’s sole hotel The Grecian Park is a modern and relaxed five-star neighbor who has respected and enhanced the natural surroundings.

Visit the medieval monastery dedicated to Our Lady of the Forests, surrounded by a high stone wall. Its 16th century church is partially underground, cut into the rock. An ancient sycamore tree, believed to be over 600 years old grows in front of the south gate, its beauty praised by the Greek Nobel laureate, George Seferis, in his poetry.
At Agia Napa take in the island’s culture with a visit to the Thalassa museum, created around a sea theme and with its life size replica of an ancient sailing ship found sunk off the island’s north coast.

A more family oriented resort for children of all ages has numerous crystal clear water and white sand beaches, the most famous of which is Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach. Protaras Centre is about 5 minutes’ drive from the villa and the nearest minimarket about 2 minutes’ drive. Lidl Supermarket is about 5 minutes’ drive.
Even though the bus service in the area is very good a car is advised for this villa.
Listed Prices include 200KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro100 over and above the total booking amount.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
