NOTICE: Concrete restoration work is planned at Canaveral Towers from April 12 to mid December, 2021. This will be an active construction site and staging, equipment and material will be in clear view. Although the current schedule (which is subject to change) does not have work planned for this condo’s balcony during the bookable dates, there will be significant noise from jackhammering as it travels easily through concrete. The pool is expected to remain open through the project, and work will be limited to working hours on weekdays.
If you’re a guest who plans to spend a considerable amount of time away from the condo during the day on the weekdays, this will be less of an inconvenience. Otherwise, this noise will be disruptive if spending time indoors and we are happy to recommend other options. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
