The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, but there is the possibility to book other apartments in the same building to house larger groups. The apartment is about 20 minute walking to the central train station and many monuments. Among its comforts there are Wi-Fi, air conditioning and independent heating.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- No Party allowed
- City tax is €5.5 per person per day (excluding children under 12) for a maximum of 7 days
- Late check in extra fee: after 8pm €20, after 11pm €35
- For long stays (30+ days) a security deposit of 1 month's rent is required
- For long stays (30+ days) payment of utilities (water, electricity, gas, internet) is required
- Consumptions will be measured at the beginning and end of the stay to calculate the amounts
