It is a short quarter-mile walk down the path to the beach across a picturesque bridge on Dean Pond. Family barbecues can easily take place on the deck, which boasts a convenient outdoor dining area and gas grill. The perfect setting! There are also two outdoor showers to rinse off the sand after a sunny day at the beach. Inside, this charming home offers a cozy open floor plan that combines the kitchen, living room, and dining room. The living room has a wall-mounted Smart TV and two comfortable sofas. Just when you thought you’d have to miss your favorite series, this home has all the answers! Don’t hesitate to plan movie nights with your loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances you could need to prepare favorite snacks for movie nights and full-course meals. The Keurig coffee maker will be everyone’s best friend, especially in the mornings. The basement features a recreation room with a foosball table and a television. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
