Enjoy a prime location with access to the shores of Lake Sawyer– there is a path from the deck to the waterfront, with a gazebo, dock, firepit, and boathouse. Upon entering the first floor of this family-friendly home you’ll first notice the well-furnished living room, a great place for the family to relax and unwind together. You’ll find a comfortable sofa, loveseat, and an armchair, and a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV with cable. From the living room, you’ll have direct access to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped to make cooking a breeze. Stainless steel appliances, including a French door fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, and coffee maker will be just ideal for family meals. There is also a small island with two high stools, adding more dining space to the six-person dining table. The first floor offers direct access to the partially covered, lakefront deck, which offers a great spot to enjoy the sparkling waters of Lake Sawyer while hosting a BBQ. Let your loved ones lounge at the seating area while you heat up the gas grill and treat them to delicious grilled patties and veggies. The deck also features a picnic table and a three-person table, so you all can enjoy your meals al fresco and with jaw-dropping water views. Back inside, this level also boasts a laundry room with a washer/dryer combo, two bedrooms (each one with a flatscreen TV), and two full bathrooms (one of them en-suite). Upstairs, you’ll have the spacious main bedroom with a flatscreen TV, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a family room. The family room is filled with great games, including a foosball table, a giant Connect 4, a flatscreen TV, a sofa recliner, and a one-person recliner. There is also a convenient desk.
