Comfort awaits in the primary suite, which features a king bed and smart TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower (which can also be accessed via the foyer). In the second suite, find a full-over-full bunk bed, direct patio access, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The private furnished patio offers beautiful views of the rolling hills and the nearby bike trails. A nearby City Market is within a 3-minute drive, making it easy to stock up on groceries. Grand Lake, the Kawuneeche Visitor Center at Rocky Mountain National Park, and Winter Park are all within a 25-minute drive. 4 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
